21-day meditation with Susan

Join me for three weeks of daily morning meditation via Zoom! We will sit together, explore different meditation and breathing techniques as we go…

We will develop the practice together from scratch, so absolute beginners are free to join, and longtime meditators can freshen up their ongoing practice. Our daily practices will develop sitting, breathing (prānāyāma), mudrā and mantra, visualisations and sounds, chakras and more…

All sessions will be recorded on Zoom, so you can download them each day via a WhatsApp group to watch or listen again, or catch up on what you missed.

Each morning will include a 10-15 minute satsang/Q&A session at the end

When? From Saturday 23 May – 06:45 to 07:45 each morning for 21 days, ending on Friday 12 June 2020

Where? Via Zoom online* (the unique link will be provided before the course begins)

How much? The fee for all 21 sessions is €108

*Please Note!* Using Zoom requires a free, one-time software download which will take place automatically the first time you log in to a Zoom broadcast. This launches the download process and then will launch the live video player where you’ll see a welcome screen before the session.

Each computer and browser goes through a slightly different routine when launching, so follow the on-screen prompts to allow your computer to download the software. When asked at the end, please enter in your name and password to join the broadcast.

If this is the first time you’re using Zoom, it’s best to log in earlier than normal so you can navigate the initial login process without feeling rushed. If you login early, you may see a box that says “Please wait for the host to start this webinar.” Just breathe and smile, and when ready, the broadcast will start and you’ll be admitted into the session.

You also have the option to download the Zoom app to your computer in advance so you have it installed before you login. You can download it here – click the first Download button (Zoom Client for Meetings) if you’re on your computer. If you’re on a mobile device, scroll down that page until you see the option for Zoom Mobile Apps and select that.
