This Full Moon in Gemini is the first of five Full Moons in a row which will take place in the first degree of their respective signs. The first degree suggests a new start in the area the Moon falls in your chart, along with something left behind. Keep up the forward momentum whilst shedding as much ballast as possible between now and the end of next March.
Those of you who have been reading these updates for a while will remember that last year was a lot about revealing the truth of our personal and collective situation. The course corrections and delusional mists of the previous years have mostly dissipated and by now there is very little doubt that what we used to think was real, true or important no longer is.
If you’re feeling impulsive or itching for change try to postpone any major action until the middle of next week, and use this time to refine your plans.
On Tuesday, November 26th–and a couple of days before and after that–we have a very lucky energy to work with as the Sun conjoins Jupiter, which it does only once a year. These are days in which we feel positive, outgoing and inspired, and can be a great support when meeting new people, asking for favours or for benefitting from plain old good luck. Let me know how that works out for you!
In the weeks ahead Jupiter in harmony with Mercury retrograde sets the tone for reflecting on what we want, our capacity to discern and to set ourselves up for more clarity of purpose. As Mercury turns direct again in early December, it will join Jupiter to offer expanded insights and perspectives on how to take the necessary action(s) that will by then be better supported.
This is the time to expand your mental, spiritual and philosophical horizons, and it continues well into 2019.
You will be challenged to stretch outside your comfort zone, just like you did 11 or 12 years ago (and/or 24 years ago, depending on your age), but the result should bring you more personal satisfaction with the way your life is shaping up overall.
With Venus moving through the last degrees of relationship-oriented Libra and in a challenging aspect to the moon’s nodes in Cancer-Capricorn, it might be a time when relationship issues come to a head and require a new beginning or a final goodbye.
Mars in square to the moon can make this an edgy process, so if this is your case you might want to count to ten… and wait for next week to discuss difficult issues. And even if there aren’t big issues on the horizon for you, practice patience and mindful communication to avoid stirring something up unnecessarily.
A Gemini Moon thinks fast, and opposite a Sagittarius Sun (forming a full moon) the thinking is high-minded and adventurous. As we begin our retreat here in India on this beautiful full moon day, join us in spirit by reviewing your goals and wishes, identifying and overcoming any obstacles holding you back, and establishing a bold plan for the months ahead.
With much love and light,
I use Astrology as a tool to understand life and to support human potential and spiritual growth. It’s not about making predictions but making the most of how your personal astrology relates to what has happened and what could happen in your life. If you want to learn more about yourself or astrology, contact me for an appointment, or join the webinar on December 18th to learn how you can work with the new paradigm that is shaping up in the next two years.
