You won’t have to spend hours endlessly talking and retelling your story to get to the root of your problem. Memories shift according to how we repeat them and what additional overlays we unconsciously add to them. The mood we feel when we recall a certain experience will add a new layer of relationship to that memory. Talking about your problem is like rehearsing the feelings around it, embedding them deeper into your memory with new overlays each time. It can’t change the problem.
We’ll work through old self-limiting beliefs and mental blocks that will quickly become conscious for you to process, understand, heal and replace with healthier and more supportive beliefs and patterns.
After just one session you will have a clear understanding and more freedom around an issue that may have been bothering you for years. As we are each unique it might happen is that you need and that it will take one or two sessions per issue. Depression and anxiety or long-standing addiction might require several sessions.

Because this is such a fast method of transformation you don’t need to understand what is causing you upset and we work very quickly within the session to resolve the mental attitude set me have shaped around the issue.
