Some of our teachers lead Custom-Designed Workshops, Team-Building Events and Classes in large and small organisations around Brussels using accessible Yoga and Mindfulness practices.

We propose highly practical training designed specifically for each client’s circumstances. Depending on your needs, we use a variety of approaches from postural and breathing practice to self-awareness exercises and laughter yoga.
