Yoga with Katariina
Thursday morning yoga is body-enhancing and mind-relaxing hatha yoga. We’ll be working with postures (asana) and breathing (pranayama) to wake up the body and mind, and to create space and alignment in the body. This will allow the mind to focus and rest. Class is suitable also for beginners.
Fee for single class is 15€. Subscriptions for 10 sessions for 135€ (valid 4 months from the first class).
