Restorative Yoga with Shannon
We will practice restorative and yin postures for up to 10 minutes each, relaxing into being still and slowing down. The benefits are gentle stretching and deep relaxation.
Shannon van Staden
Shannon has been a yoga practitioner since 2005. In 2008 she undertook a one month meditation retreat which immersed her further on the life path of wellness. She is particularly interested in Restorative yoga as a means to improve physical limitations and enhance quality of life. She believes in both the practice of mindfulness and yoga as a holistic way of life. Shannon is a meditation instructor and deepens her path with Shambhala International.
